Carraba’s Itailian Butter

Carraba’s Itailian Butter

1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/8 teaspoon Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 large clove garlic, crushed
2 to 3 tablespoons extra fine virgin olive oil

Mix together dry spices. Add crushed garlic to the dried spices. Place on a small saucer. Pour olive oil over herb mixture. Dip you favorite Italian bread into oil mixture.
