Cheesy Veggie Casserole

Cheesy Veggie Casserole

1 (16 ounce) package frozen broccoli, carrot and cauliflower blend
1 (10 ¾ ounce) can cream of mushroom or celery soup
1/3 cup sour cream
¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (or cheddar cheese)
1 (3 ounce) can French’s fried onions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients, except cheese. Spread into a greased 1-quart baking dish. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Remove cover and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven and bake an additional 5 minutes.

Makes 6 servings
