Chocolate Covered Matzah

1 box plain matzah
2 sticks butter (not margarine)
2 cups brown sugar
12 oz chocolate chips (may not use all of them)
Bring butter and brown sugar to boil on stove. Lay matzah on foil lined baking sheets, don't overlap pieces. Spread butter/sugar mix over matzah - all the way to the edges.
bake 5 minutes at 400. Sprinkle chips on top - wait until they are soft and spread.
Line freezer with wax paper. Put matzah in single layer in freezer. once frozen, break into small pieces and store in tupperware in freezer.
