Church Supper Noodles

Church Supper Noodles

1 (16 ounce) carton sour cream (do not use low fat or fat free)
1 cup small curd cottage cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
8 ounces egg noodles, cooked
Grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine 1 cup sour cream, cottage cheese, onion and salt in a large bowl. Add hot cooked noodles and toss to coat noodles. Spread noodle mixture into a greased 2-quart baking dish. Top noodles with remaining cup of sour cream. Cover sour cream with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes 6 to 8 servings
