Cool and Crisp Summer Salad
1 bag mixed spring greens
1 cup toasted pecans or sliced almonds
1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup sliced strawberries
½ cup chopped or thinly sliced red onion
1 cup dried cherries or Craisins
Brianna’s Poppy seed dressing
In a bowl, add spring greens and top with pecans, oranges, strawberries, red onion, and cherries. Drizzle with dressing and eat. If you have any leftover grilled chicken or salmon, add that to this salad.
