Homemade Italian Bread Crumbs

Homemade Italian Bread Crumbs

1 cup bread crumbs-use stale bread or lightly toast bread, let cool and dry. Grind in the food processor
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 dash oregano

Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and blend well.
Store in a sealed container.
