Irresistible Cake

1 box yellow cake mix
1 (3 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup vegetable oil
½ cup water
½ cup sour cream
1 cup chocolate chips
1 (4 ounce) bar German Chocolate, grated

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the cake mix, vanilla pudding, eggs, oil, water and sour cream. Mix for 2 minutes on medium speed. Fold in chocolate chips and grated chocolate. Pour into a greased Bundt pan and bake for 55 minutes. Allow cake to cool to room temperature in the pan. Turn out on cake plate and dust with powdered sugar.

Makes 10-12 servings
