Mystery Rolls

Mystery Rolls
(with Bleu Cheese)

2 cans (12 Oz. Each) Flaky Biscuits (like Pillsbury)
1 cup Butter
4 ounces, weight (to 6 Oz.) Blue Cheese

Crumble 4 to 6 ounces of blue cheese. Next, place two sticks of regular salted butter on a baking sheet and throw the crumbled blue cheese on top of it. Place into a 350-degree oven for a couple of minutes until the butter and cheese have melted.
Now pop open your cans of biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters.
Pull the pan of butter and cheese out of the oven and stir it around so that the cheese is spread out a bit.
Dump all of the little biscuit pieces onto the pan and coat them thoroughly in the butter and cheese. Now either cook them on the baking sheet with all of that glorious butter and cheese or if you are feeling particularly health conscious, go ahead and move them to another clean baking sheet.
Stick them into the oven for about 8 to 12 minutes. Be sure to watch them so they don’t burn. Remove them from the oven when they are golden brown. Throw all of your family values out the window now and with a pastry brush, go ahead and coat them with the butter/cheese from the baking sheet.
