Spicy Krab Spread
This is my version of that irresistible Cajun Krab Dip that they sell at The Fresh Market.
1 (10 ounce) package imitation crab, shredded
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, finely grated
¼ cup Hellman’s mayonnaise
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
¼ cup green pepper, minced
2 green onions, finely minced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper or Cajun Seasoning
1 loaf French Baguette
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except French Baguette, Stir until well blended. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
