Stephanie’s Veg-All Casserole

Stephanie’s Veg-All Casserole
From the kitchen of Stephanie Boyer Winters

1 Large can of Veg-All --drained
1 cup celery-chopped
1 cup water chestnuts--drained-chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup onion-chopped
1 cup mayonnaise

*mix together and bake for 45 minutes-350 degrees
*take out of oven and poke holes in casserole with a fork-pour 1/2 stick melted butter/margarine over casserole
*place crushed Ritz crackers on top and bake for 15 minutes.
