Cakey Cornbread with Honey Butter

Cakey Cornbread with Honey Butter

1 (9 ounce) package Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, prepared as directed
1 (9 ounce) package Jiffy yellow cake mix, prepared as directed
Honey Butter, recipe follows

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix corn muffin batter and cake batter together. Pour into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick comes clean. Serve warm with Honey Butter.

Honey Butter
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup honey

Blend together. Delicious on conbread and buttermilk biscuits!

BTW- I used buttermilk instead of the milk and it made the cornbread lighter and a little tangy!
