Cowboy Rice

Cowboy Rice

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 cups hot water
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 cup raw rice (not instant)
Salt and pepper

Brown ground beef with onion. Combine all ingredients in a large Dutch oven. Cover and simmer slowly for 20 minutes.

Serves 4 to 6
