Honey Roasted Carrots

Honey Roasted Carrots

1 bag baby carrots
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup honey
Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Place carrots in a foil lined baking dish, and drizzle with olive oil. Mix until the carrots are completely covered with olive oil. Drizzle the carrots with honey, then season to taste with salt and pepper; mix until evenly coated.
Bake until just tender, about 25 to 30 minutes.

Makes 4 servings
