Sandy's "Fried" Corn
from the kitchen of Sandy Stillman Pickett
1 pound frozen white creamed corn (McKenzie’s brand)
1 pound frozen golden creamed corn (McKenzie’s brand)
1 stick butter (or bacon fat, if you have it on hand)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Melt butter in a large cast iron skillet. Add corn and simmer for 30 minutes to an hour. Add salt and pepper to taste.Makes 4 servings
