Kenzie’s Tuna Salad

Kenzie’s Tuna Salad

1 (6 ounce) can water packed albacore tuna, drained and flaked
2 eggs, hard boiled and chopped
3 tablespoons white onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoons celery, chopped
2 tablespoons pickle relish, either regular or dill
1 tablespoon dill weed, do not use if using dill pickle relish
3 tablespoons Hellman’s, Duke’s, or Best mayonnaise
Salt and black pepper to taste

In a medium bowl, add tuna, eggs, onion and celery. Fold in relish, dill weed and mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Makes enough salad filling for 2 sandwiches
