Asparagus Caesar

Asparagus Caesar

1 package frozen asparagus or 1 pound of fresh asparagus trimmed and steamed
2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Paprika

Place asparagus in a single layer in a rimmed baking dish. Melt butter and add lemon juice. Pour butter over asparagus and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Just before serving, place asparagus under the broiler for a couple of minutes until golden brown. Serve asparagus hot.

Makes 2 servings
