Buff’s Granola

Buff’s Granola

½ cup canola oil
1 (42 ounce) box old-fashioned oats (Not instant)
1 cup sesame or flax seeds
¾ cup clover honey
1 (14 ounce) package shredded coconut
1 (4 ounce) bag sliced almonds
½ cup wheat germ
½ box California raisins
1 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Spread mixture out on 2 large rimmed sheet pans. Bake for 15 minutes, stir mixture in pans, and bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Allow mixture to cool and store in an airtight container.

Makes a lot!

Just a thought! This is great as cereal, added to pancake and waffle batter. Full of fibre and taste great!
