Chocolate Chess Pie

Chocolate Chess Pie
(not Jane’s)

2 cups sugar
4 ½ teaspoons cocoa
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
Pinch of salt
1 ½ sticks margarine, softened
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 (5 ½ ounce) can Pet evaporated milk
2 tablespoons whole milk
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract or (Kahlua)
1 unbaked pie shell

Preheat oven to 325. In the bowl of your mixer, mix the sugar, cocoa, flour and salt. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into the pie shell. Bake for 45 minutes or until set.

Makes 8 servings
