Homemade Croutons

Homemade Croutons

½ sourdough baguette, cut into ¾-inch slices and then quarter the slices
Olive oil
Salt
Black pepper

Preheat oven to 375. In a mixing bowl, add the bread cubes. Drizzle the bread cubes with olive oil and seasoned them with salt (usually I use Kosher salt, but I used regular Morton’s table salt for this) and fresh cracked pepper. Toss until coated. Spread them out on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
