Oven Roasted Cauliflower

Oven Roasted Cauliflower

1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-size pieces
Olive oil
Salt and Pepper

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place cauliflower on a rimmed baking sheet. Lightly drizzle olive oil over the cauliflower. Toss to coat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and roast for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through, or until it has a golden char. This is a great alternative to carb laden sides during the holidays.

Makes 4 servings
