Quiche Cups

Quiche Cups

2 Puff Pastry Sheets, rolled out into 1/4” thickness and cut into 3-4” squares
6 eggs
¼ half and half
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
Salt and pepper
½ cup shredded cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
3 green onions, finely chopped
1 egg beaten
Optional – Broccoli, Ham, Swiss, etc.-you can add your favorite quiche ingredient and make it your own.

Preheat oven to 400. Place puff pastry squares in muffin tin. Separately whisk together eggs, half and half, nutmeg, and salt and pepper. Place 1 tablespoon cheese, some bacon, and onions in pastry squares. Pour egg mixture in muffin tins halfway. Brush squares with plain egg wash mixture. Cook in heated oven for 20 min.

Makes 10 to 12 cups
