Sweet Potato Casserole
From the kitchen of Stephanie Boyer Winters
3 cups sweet potatoes-I use canned
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup butter-melted
1 tsp vanilla
Topping
1/3 cup butter-melted
1/3 cup AP flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 chopped pecans
*mix casserole ingredients together-place in lightly greased casserole dish
*make topping and place on top of casserole mixture
*bake for 30 minutes-350 degrees
Note: I added a couple of shots of bourbon-Jack or Jim, the zest of 1 navel orange and the juice of that orange, cinnamon, nutmeg and a dash of salt.
