Baked Beans

Baked Beans

½ pound ground beef
1 pound bulk pork sausage*
½ cup chopped yellow onion
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper
1 (1 pound, 12 ounce) can pork and beans
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup catsup

In a Dutch oven, brown ground beef and pork sausage together until cooked through; drain and set aside. In the Dutch oven, add remaining ingredients, plus browned meats. Simmer over medium low heat for 45 minutes to an hour. Serve at your next BBQ.

*My sister-in-law, Donna, used sweet Italian sausage and it was good!
