A quick and easy twist on the classic
Banana Pudding
1 large box vanilla instant pudding
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) tub Cool Whip
1 (8 ounce) carton Sour cream
Whisk the pudding and milk until thickened. Add vanilla. Stir in other ingredients one at a time. Make sure everything is combined
Start with vanilla wafers, then bananas, then pudding. Continue to alternate layers until you end with pudding. I usually crumble a few wafers on top as a garnish of sorts.
Note: I have made this with Pepperidge Farm Chessman Cookies and it is wonderful!
