Blondies Mix
Here is a quick and easy mix to make and give as gifts, if you are short on time or have just lost your mojo! I have not made them yet, but they sound good!
1 (16 ounce) box light brown sugar
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Combine all ingredients in a heavy duty Ziploc bag. Makes about 5 cups of mix
To make blondies:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine Blondie Mix and 4 eggs, that have been lightly beaten. Pour into a greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Makes 2 dozen blondies
