Classic Spinach Salad

Classic Spinach Salad
1 bunch fresh spinach, washed, stems removed, torn into bite-sized pieces
2 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
4 large white mushrooms, sliced
1/4 small red onion, sliced thin

In a large bowl, toss together the spinach, crumbled bacon, eggs, mushrooms and red onion. Top with your favorite vinaigrette, such as Classic French Vinaigrette or Raspberry Vinaigrette


This is a great recipe for a Classic Spinach Salad that I will post tomorrow

Raspberry Vinaigrette
¼ cup red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons water
1 (0.6 ounce) package Good Seasons Zesty Italian Salad dressing mix
2 tablespoons raspberry preserves
½ cup olive oil blend or Canola oil

Whisk all ingredients together making sure everything is well combined. Chill for 30 minutes and then shake well before serving.
