Veggie Sandwich Spread

Veggie Sandwich Spread

1 (8 ounces) cream cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cucumbers, chopped
1/4 cup onions, chopped
3/4 cup carrots, chopped

Mix all ingredients together. Chill until ready to eat (you do not have to chill before eating). Spread on bread or use Ritz crackers.
