Black Bean Salad

Black Bean Salad

1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup frozen white corn kernels, thawed
½ cup chopped red bell pepper
½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
8 green onions, sliced

Dressing:
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
½ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoons salt

Mix first 5 ingredients and set aside. Mix together dressing ingredients and pour over bean mixture. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or more before serving.
