I made Ina Garten's Bleu Cheese Souffle with Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese instead of Bleu Cheese, as my family does not care for Bleu Cheese. I will find some friends to come over and try it with the Bleu Cheese. I will let you know how that goes!
